Privacy Policy
Read this app-specific document with the Ezysphere Privacy Policy. It describes Grid Finder; the general document supplies the shared provisions. This document controls app-specific details, but never overrides mandatory rights or the general consumer protections.
Local game data
Grid Finder stores your chosen nickname, settings, game results, cached leaderboard and pending score submissions on your device. The game does not require an email account. The reviewed game has no advertising or analytics SDK.
Online leaderboard and delayed submissions
When you submit a result, the app sends your nickname, completion time, difficulty, maths level and submission time to Supabase. These results are displayed to other players on the leaderboard. Choose a nickname rather than your real name, contact details or school. Hosting providers receive ordinary request information, including an IP address.
Offline submissions are queued on your device and can upload automatically when the backend next becomes available, including when you open the leaderboard. Closing the game does not cancel a pending submission. Clear app data to remove a local pending queue before reconnecting if you no longer want it sent; this also removes other local progress. Scores already uploaded require a separate removal request.
Purpose, retention and removal
Leaderboard information is used to publish rankings, cache results and investigate manipulation or abuse. Online entries remain while the leaderboard operates or until removed as no longer needed or following a valid request. Local cached copies on other players’ devices may remain until refreshed. To request removal, give the nickname, approximate submission time, result and difficulty; we may ask for reasonable evidence that the entry is yours. No password or identity document is needed in the initial request.
Your choices, rights and deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction or objection as applicable, withdraw consent for processing that relies on it, and complain to a data protection authority. Use our data request page or email us. We verify requests proportionately and respond within the applicable legal deadline. Removing an app does not delete information already held by a server or another recipient. Device backups and files exported to shared folders may remain.

Children
The minimum ages and parental involvement requirements in the general Terms apply. This app is not intended for children below those ages. If a child has supplied information contrary to these rules, a parent or guardian can contact us to request removal. An age statement does not replace legally required parental consent.
