Read this app-specific document with the Ezysphere Terms of Service. It describes Grid Finder; the general document supplies the shared provisions. This document controls app-specific details, but never overrides mandatory rights or the general consumer protections.
Game and learning limits
Grid Finder is a pattern and mathematics puzzle game for entertainment and practice. Questions, answers and rankings may contain errors; they are not an assessment of intelligence, a qualification or a guarantee of educational progress. Scores have no cash value and create no entitlement to a prize unless separate published competition rules expressly say so.
Fair play and public names
Do not falsify completion times, automate score submissions, exploit bugs, impersonate another player, use offensive or infringing names, or publish personal information in a nickname. We may correct, remove or reset invalid entries and restrict abusive leaderboard access. Network failures, duplicate submissions and caching may affect rankings. No permanent ranking or retention of a score is promised.
Submitting while offline
A result submitted offline may be queued and sent on a later connection. Submission authorises display of the nickname and game result to other players as described in the privacy policy. Use the data request page to seek removal of an uploaded entry.
Availability, liability and changes
Features depend on supported devices, permissions, networks and service providers. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free results. The warranty exclusions and liability limits in clauses 17–18 of the general Terms apply only where lawful. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes follow the notice and acceptance process in the general Terms. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Paid services that we discontinue remain subject to applicable refund rights.
