Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Snap Pattern does with your information, and in particular with the photographs you take. It is a supplement to the Ezysphere Privacy Policy, which applies to all of our products and which you should read alongside it. Where the two genuinely conflict, this supplement prevails for Snap Pattern only. It never gives you fewer rights than the main policy does.
Your selected body photographs are sent directly to the measurement engine to calculate garment measurements. They are not intended for publication or identification. The processing, retention and privacy rights described below apply; avoid uploading unnecessary identifying or sensitive details.

1. Who may use Snap Pattern
Snap Pattern is for adults aged 18 or over. You may photograph only yourself. Photographing another person - including a child, including your own child, and including with their agreement - is prohibited by the Snap Pattern Terms. This restriction exists because a photograph of a body is personal in a way a floor plan is not, and because consent given on someone else's behalf cannot be verified by us.
We do not knowingly process information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, email apps@ezysphere.com and we will delete the associated data and close the account.
2. Your photographs
You choose front and side photographs, which the app submits to the measurement engine with reference dimensions and any height or sex information supplied for drafting. The engine estimates body landmarks, silhouette and dimensions to produce garment measurements. These photographs may reveal sensitive information; use only your own images and avoid unnecessary identifying details.
Working photographs are intended for transient measurement processing rather than publication or a photo-storage service. The resulting measurements can be saved. This notice does not guarantee immediate physical overwriting of every memory buffer or absence of infrastructure temporary files and logs. Contact us about removal of information associated with your request.
3. Not a biometric identification app
Snap Pattern is designed for garment measurements, not identity verification. It does not offer facial recognition or matching against an identity database. Photographs, landmarks and measurements can nevertheless be personal or sensitive data. The application of biometric and other privacy laws depends on the actual processing and jurisdiction; this notice does not declare an exemption.
4. Garment measurements and sensitive information
Measurements are used to draft garments. Snap Pattern is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis, health assessment, treatment or fitness advice. Do not rely on its output for those purposes. Photographs or body-related measurements may still be protected as sensitive information under applicable law, regardless of the app’s intended use.

6. What stays on your device
The app keeps a small local store on your device for your settings, a cache of your recent results, and any pattern PDF you export. That data is on your own device, is not readable by us, and is removed when you uninstall the app.
7. Why we use it
- To compute your measurements from the photographs you supply.
- To save those measurements so you can reuse them without re-photographing.
- To draft and export the pattern you ask for.
- To operate the points system - grant, spend, unlock, and prevent double-charging.
- To take payment and to confirm that a payment succeeded before releasing points.
- To rate-limit and protect the measurement engine from abuse.
- To fix faults and keep the app working.
We do not use any of it for advertising, profiling or marketing.

10. How long we keep it
Selected photos are intended for transient processing; saved measurements, patterns, account records and points/payment records have separate lifecycles. Saved work remains until removed or no longer needed for the feature. Payment, security and dispute records may remain where lawful and necessary. The general retention criteria apply. Contact us for the period relevant to your information and any deletion exceptions; uninstalling does not erase server records or exported files.
11. Security
Access controls, authentication and provider protections support the service. Their effectiveness depends on deployed configuration and cannot be guaranteed by this notice. Use a secure device, protect session credentials and avoid including information not required for measurement. The general security notice applies; no system is completely secure.
12. Your rights and deletion
You have the full set of rights described in the Ezysphere Privacy Policy - access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent - and we honour them wherever you live.
You can delete individual measurements and patterns inside the app at any time. To delete everything, use the Snap Pattern deletion page or email apps@ezysphere.com. We action verified requests within 30 days.
Because Snap Pattern can run on an anonymous session, an account may have no email address attached to it. If that is your situation, tell us in the deletion form and we will explain the identifier the app can show you so that we can find and delete the right record - we will not guess.
13. No advertising, no analytics SDK
Snap Pattern carries no advertising. It contains no advertising SDK, no advertising identifier is read, and there is no third-party analytics or attribution SDK in the app. Nothing about your body, your measurements or your use of the app is shared with an advertiser, an ad network or a data broker - and there is no mechanism in the app by which it could be.
14. Changes
If we change this supplement we will update the version and date above. For material changes - a new category of data, a new purpose, a new recipient, or anything that reduces your rights - we will give reasonable advance notice in the app before the change takes effect, and where the law requires consent we will ask for it. We will not begin retaining photographs without asking you first.
