These terms cover Grid Shooter specifically. They sit on top of the Ezysphere Terms of Service, which apply in full and set out your licence, acceptable use, purchases and subscriptions, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution. Where the two genuinely conflict, these Grid Shooter terms prevail — for Grid Shooter only, and only to the extent of the conflict.
These Terms govern your use of the Grid Shooter game (the "App") provided by Ezysphere. By using the App you agree to them.
1. Use of the App
Grid Shooter is provided for entertainment. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, cheat, or disrupt the service.
2. Leaderboard Conduct
If you submit a score to the online leaderboard, you agree not to manipulate, falsify, or game scores, and not to use offensive, infringing, or personally identifying display names. We may remove entries or names that breach this at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, artwork, and branding are owned by Ezysphere and protected by applicable laws.
4. Availability
The game works offline; the leaderboard requires an internet connection and depends on third-party services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezysphere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
